I liked this site as, if I were so inclined, I could go through my home and catalog my personl collection. At this point, I have way too many items.
It does make me look at the ease with which this chore can be completed using this site.

Buy a CueCat scanner from LibraryThing. They're only $15, including shipping anywhere in the US. They plug into your USB port and read bar codes, including those pesky Borders product ids.
